Diet of modelsAs you know, models have the most slim and graceful figures, and if they want to get rid of a couple of extra centimeters, they do it quickly. Thanks to the diet of fashion models you can lose four kilos of overweight in three days. As you can imagine, this is a hard diet, but beauty demands victims.

There are two variations of the diet. Menu of the first and most popular:

Breakfast – lightly boiled egg.

Brunch, 2.5 hours later – tea without sugar and 125 grams of nonfat cottage cheese.

Lunch, 2.5 hours later – tea without sugar and 125 grams of nonfat cottage cheese.

That’s all. The diet is very limited, so think well, if you can withstand these three days. However, the result is guaranteed. If you want to lose weight up to 10 kg, then choose a longer diet.

The second option is more acceptable. The essence of the diet is in the limitation of calorie intake – it should be 1000 per day. Mandatory requirement – to drink a lot of hot liquids (water or tea), which will facilitate purification of the body. Sugar should be avoided.

The approximate menu:

Breakfast – 2 rare eggs or 50 grams of lean meat, a slice of bread covered with a thin layer of butter, hot green tea or hot water.

Snack (10:00): hot green tea or hot water.

Lunch: 100 grams of grilled lean meat or fish , 300 grams of salad (beans, green peas, lettuce or spinach, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil), a couple of unsweetened fruit hot tea or hot water.

Snack (16:00): hot green tea or hot water.

Dinner: 300 grams of green vegetables, 2 slices of bread (can be greased with butter), hot tea or hot water

Snack (20:00 -21: 00): hot green tea or hot water.
