The diet of Japanese Geishas is a unique system of nutrition, which is based on the use of three products: rice, green tea and milk. It lasts no more than five days. During this time, you can lose about 4-7 kg.

The advantage of this regime is that all the products are available and the term is relatively short, so it refers to the quick diets. It’s easy to stick to this diet; all the ingredients have a favorable effect on the digestive organs and satisfy hunger.

Brown rice will form the basis of your ration. This valuable product contains magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc and vitamins A and E. Brown rice is also rich in many nutrients and fiber, so it is able to satisfy the hunger for a long time. If you can’t find brown, you can use other types of rice. However, choose milk with a fat content of not more than 1.5 – 2.5%. I won’t remind you about the benefits of green tea. You understand perfectly that a combination of rice, green tea and milk in one diet is an ideal option for weight loss! It’s importantl that the diet of Geisha prohibits the use of bakery products, oil, salt, sugar, various spices and alcohol.

Menu for 5 days:

Breakfast: 2 small cups of green tea with milk, the total amount is 500 ml in the ratio of 250/250;

Lunch: 250 grams of boiled unsalted rice and 250 mg of warm milk;

Dinner: 250 grams of unsalted boiled rice, 1 small cup of green tea with milk in a ratio of 50/50.

In addition, it is recommended to drink 2 more cups of green tea a day, but without milk or mineral water in unlimited quantities. You can repeat this menu with a break of 7-10 days to achieve the most effective results. During the first five days, the organism deduces excess fluid and harmful accumulation. During the second five-day diet, you can lose twice as much extra kilos, as it is fat goes away this time.
