Diet 5+

This diet is designed for five days and allows you to lose 3 kg of excess weight. The diet provides 1200 calories a day. The balance of essential nutrients – a distinctive feature of this nutrition, and this is without risk to health.

Breakfast

Muesli; a cup of chopped fruit and berries, mixed with 1 tablespoon of any germinated seeds and 100 grams of yogurt. It is not recommended to use grapes, bananas and figs.

Snack

Fruit cocktail. Mix 100 ml of any juice and the same amount of yogurt.

Lunch

Vegetable stew. For this purpose, take a few inflorescences of boiled cauliflower, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 1 tablespoon of peas or young beans, half of an onion, 1 celery root and  parsley. Simmer it all in a little water.

Sauce: 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 100 grams of buttermilk, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Afternoon snack

Sandwich. Take 100 grams of chicken breast with a small slice of bread with bran.

Dinner

Cook the following dish – original fruit pilaf. Take 50 grams of boiled rice, mix it with apple and add 100 grams of any other berries and fruits.

Drink not carbonated water and no less than 1.5 liters. On the sixth day it is allowed to eat something tasty, but only until 16:00. It is considered to be a kind of compensation for dietary exploits. Thereafter, you should drink only water.
