The diet lasts for 9 days, due to the formula 3 + 3 + 3:
3 days – meat
3 days – vegetables
3 days – dairy products
If you try this diet for the first time, you can lose up to 8 kg during these days. If you decide to repeat the diet, it is necessary to make a break 1 week, but the effect will be reduced to 3-4 kg.
So, the basic rules.
Lean meat: chicken, fish, beef or turkey without skin, cooked on the grill
Vegetables – in the form of salads, cooked on the grill, steamed or raw (except potatoes)
Low-fat dairy products: milk, yogurt, low-fat cheese
All the other products are prohibited. You should strictly adhere to the list – nothing of that was not there in the list of allowed products should not be eaten in the diet of 3 + 3 + 3.
