Cleansing by rose hips
The easiest method to lose weight and cleanse the body to use rose hips. Do not forget that the infusion of rose hips has a laxative effect. So be careful, and conduct the process of purification during the holidays or weekends.
So, there are several steps. The first thing you need to do is to prepare the infusion of rose hips, in the evening. Do this according to the following recipe: pour 3 tablespoons of hips into the thermos, fill with 0.5 liters of boiling water and leave to infuse overnight. The next morning, on an empty stomach, you need to drink off approximately 200-250 ml of infusion. You can sweeten the drink with 3 tablespoons of xylitol or sorbitol – natural sweeteners. Do this at least 2 hours before leaving, if you need to go somewhere. After that, it is recommended to move actively for 20 minutes. You can do exercises or just vigorously walk around the apartment and do cleaning for example.
After 20 minutes, you need to drink the remainder of the infusion, but without sugar substitutes – in its purest form. Now be on the lookout – the laxative effect comes in about 10-15 minutes and can last for 40-60 minutes. So you understand why it is desirable to drink the infusion 2 hours before leaving the house.
You will need 7 procedures to cleanse the body, but with taking a break for 2 days. For health improvement, it is advisable to arrange such a course every 6 months, to combat overweight and obese – every 3 months. During the day, you need to adhere to not a strict diet and eat a minimum of heavy and junk food.
You can use such a menu:
Breakfast – yogurt, kefir, low-fat cottage cheese and any citrus fruits.
Lunch – boiled lean meat (chicken, turkey) with vegetables or rice with vegetables or seafood.
Dinner – vegetable salad, kefir.
