chinese-diet (2weeks)Have you ever seen thick Chinese women? They just know some secrets in nutrition. I want to offer one more Chinese diet that helps to become slim! The duration of this diet is 14 days, the weight loss – 5 – 10 kg.

During this diet you should eat three times a day and be sure to stick to the menu. It has been calculated so that the products can’t be replaced; it is also about the amount and the order of days.

The diet excludes sugar, salt, alcohol and flour products. Diet menu consists of fresh vegetables (cabbage, carrots, tomatoes), fruits, fish and meat (beef and chicken). Vegetable oil should be replaced with olive oil, meat is recommended to be steamed, grilled or boiled. It is allowed to drink black coffee, mineral water without gas or filtered water.

The approximate menu

Day 1

Breakfast: a cup of black coffee.

Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, salad from fresh cabbage with olive oil, one fresh tomato, or 1 glass of freshly squeezed tomato juice.

Dinner: fish, salad from fresh cabbage with olive oil.

Day 2

Breakfast: a cup of coffee and toast.

Lunch: fish, salad from fresh cabbage with olive oil.

Dinner: 200 grams of beef and a glass of nonfat kefir.

Day 3

Breakfast: a cup of coffee.

Lunch: one raw egg, three grated carrots with olive oil.

Dinner: apples in any quantity.

Day 4

Breakfast: a cup of coffee.

Lunch: Prepare cream soup. To do this, fry a small piece of sowbelly and a bunch of parsley in oil or grind in a blender. Apples in any quantity.

Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 200 grams of lean beef, salad from fresh cabbage with olive oil.

Day 5

Breakfast: One grated carrot with lemon juice.

Lunch: 500 grams of fish and a glass of freshly squeezed tomato juice.

Dinner: fish, salad from fresh cabbage with olive oil.

Day 6

Breakfast: a cup of coffee.

Lunch: 500 grams of chicken, salad from fresh cabbage or carrots with olive oil.

Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, salad of shredded fresh carrots with olive oil.

Day 7

Breakfast: green tea.

Lunch: 200 grams of beef, fruit in any quantity.

Dinner: you can choose any of the proposed menus for dinner, except the third day.
