Carbohydrate-free diet

forksThis diet completely or partly eliminates the carbohydrates from menu. Carbohydrates in the human body are the main sources of energy. When they don’t come into the body, the body begins extraction of energy from other sources and begins to process the fat! This way you can easily lose weight. To reduce the level of carbohydrates starts with the rejection of such foods: bread, sugar, cereals, pasta, fruit, potatoes and flour products. The carbohydrate-free diet can include such foods: dairy products (cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt), fish, chicken, beef, sour berries, vegetables, eggs, brown bread (but just 1 slice per day).

The common menu may be as follows:

first breakfast: 3 eggs (in any method of cooking), herbs;

second breakfast: a cup of nonfat kefir;

lunch: chicken or fish soup, excluding cereals and potatoes, 0.5 grapefruit;

afternoon snack: small apple, a bit of kefir, a couple of cheese slices;

dinner: steamed beef or chicken, fish.

If you want to get rid of excess fat as quickly as possible, you will have to use not more than 50 g of carbohydrates a day. The complete exclusion of carbohydrates is a rather rigid diet, known as the diet for fashion models. You can lose five pounds, adhering to the strict menu. But first, decide for yourself whether you are ready for it, because this is a great test for the body, and it depends on your metabolism and weight. It implies the drinking lots of water and no dinner.

The approximate menu is as follows:

breakfast: a medium-timed egg;

3 hours later: 150 g of low fat cottage cheese and unsweetened tea;

another 3 hours later: repeat meal with cheese and tea;

There is also a light version of the diet:

breakfast: 30 g of low-fat cheese of firm grades, a slice of rye bread, unsweetened green tea;

lunch: boiled beans, a slice of rye bread, 200 g of low fat cottage cheese, unsweetened tea;

dinner: 100 g of steamed chicken breast, 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, unsweetened green tea.

But it is very important not to forget that the burden on the kidneys and liver increases. This occurs because of the large amount of the consumed protein; the body will constantly demand the return of carbohydrates, so it can adversely affect your health. Don’t be afraid – try to drink more water, not less than 1.5 liters a day, to avoid bad consequences.

    ThIs is a horrible diet. You need excess fats in order to get into ketosis and get your body burning fat. This low-fat thing you have going isn’t gonna do anything but make people feel like crap.
