Broccoli diet

broccoliBroccoli is a great choice if you decide to lose weight. This product contains a large amount of nutrients and vitamins, and in addition, it can compensate the missing substances in the body. This is a very low-calorie product – only 30 calories per 100 grams of broccoli.

Due to the content of vitamin C and calcium, broccoli accelerates metabolism and helps in weight loss. This diet will help you to lose up to 8 kg of excess weight in 10 days. The essence of the diet is in a certain sequence of regimes of your nutrition. The first six days – the main phase of the diet. You can stop here, but it is recommended to go to the end.

Thus, the menu for the first six days:

1 and 2 days

Breakfast: 200 grams of steamed broccoli or boiled in water with salt, 1-2 cups of black tea without sugar.

Lunch: 150 grams of boiled chicken, 250 ml of chicken broth, 100 grams of steamed broccoli or boiled in water with salt.

Dinner: 250 grams of steamed broccoli or boiled in water with salt, 1-2 cups of black tea without sugar.

3 and 4 days

Breakfast: 200 grams of broccoli, 1 clove of garlic, 1 bell pepper, olive oil. Put the chopped vegetables into the frying pan, sprinkle with olive oil and add a little salt. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. A glass of mineral water without gas.

Lunch: 150 grams of broccoli, half onion, 2 tomatoes, olive oil.  Put the chopped vegetables into the frying pan, sprinkle with olive oil and add a little salt. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. A glass of any fresh vegetable juice.

Dinner: repeat the breakfast menu.

5 and 6 day

Breakfast: 100 grams of broccoli, 100 grams of boiled beef, 2 tablespoons of low-fat sour cream. Chop beef and cabbage, add a little salt and sour cream. One glass of 1% kefir or any other dairy product.

Lunch: take 200 grams of broccoli, pour with boiled water and put in a pot with boiling salted water. Boil no more than 5 minutes on low heat.

Dinner: 150 grams of boiled beef with a little salt and a glass of drinking water.

7 and 8 days

Breakfast: 100 grams of steamed or boiled broccoli, 2 eggs, a cup of black tea without sugar.

Lunch: 300 ml of lightly salted chicken broth, 100 grams of broccoli, 2 bunches of parsley. Add the cabbage and parsley into the broth and simmer for 20 minutes.

Dinner: 100 grams of steamed or boiled broccoli, two slices of rye bread, 1 tomato and a glass of tomato juice.

9 and 10 days

Breakfast: 100 grams of broccoli and 2 carrots steamed or boiled in water.

Lunch: 100 grams of steamed broccoli or boiled in water with the addition of salt, 100 grams of any boiled fish.

Dinner: 200 grams of steamed or boiled broccoli in water with salt, 1 potato boiled in jacket.

You can drink mineral water between meals, green tea without sugar or low-fat milk and sour milk drinks during a strong sense of hunger. But they must be always natural and low-calorie.
