Bonn soup diet
Bonn soup is a liquid diet, and it is based on unlimited consumption of vegetable soup. The diet is designed for five days and helps to lose weight up to 5 kg per week. It is an effective fat burning diet, but it can be used no more than twice a year, and only in the cold season. Recipe of the soup is in the following.
Ingredients: 700 grams of cabbage, two carrots, two small onions, 300 grams of celery root, 500 grams of fresh tomatoes or 500 grams of tomato juice; 300 grams of cauliflower or broccoli, half a spoon of olive oil, fresh garlic and parsley, cilantro if you want and 2 liters of water.
Onions, carrots and celery should be cut into cubes, lightly fried in olive oil, then simmered over low heat. The rest of the shredded ingredients should be added to the frying pan after 5-7 minutes and simmered another 15-20 minutes. Then, transfer the mixture into a pot of boiling water and add the peeled and chopped tomatoes or juice. All this should be boiled for another 3-5 minutes. Season the soup with crushed garlic and herbs.
It is allowed to eat low-fat boiled meat, any fruit except bananas, nonfat cottage cheese, boiled chicken or quail eggs, boiled rice, green salad, tomatoes. But you can eat these products just before lunch. Lunch should be composed mainly of soup, and dinner – only soup.
You should eat in very small portions. Alcohol is forbidden during the diet, the presence of salt is reduced to a minimum. Green tea and non-carbonated water are recommended in any quantity.
