autumn avitaminosis.julia dietsSome people are faced with the complexities of the transition from a carefree summer mood to the working weekdays, while others have a different schedule. But in both cases, we all occasionally suffer from the lack of vitamins, associated with the change of seasons.

Autumn – the last warm days, beautiful yellow leaves, then rains, dampness and avitaminosis. It entails colds and more serious illnesses. How to deal with the autumn avitaminosis?

Don’t rush to the drugstore for a complex of vitamins and refer to the traditional medicine. There are different recipes for strengthening the immune system during the cold seasons.

1. To prepare the first recipe you will need – a glass of raw oats, 2 tablespoons of rose hips, brew all this in a thermos with 1.5 liters of boiling water and leave overnight. Take half a cup 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment can last for a month and then you should take a break. You can put dried fruits along with rosehip: dried apples, pears, apricots, raisins, prunes, rowan.

2. If you like pumpkin, the following recipe is for you. Take 300-400 grams of pumpkin pulp, grate, add 300 grams of honey and mix with gruel of 2-3 lemons (mince with dried peel). Store in the refrigerator, take 1 tbsp in the morning on an empty stomach.

3. A handful of fresh berries of rowan (or 2 handfuls of dried berries), rinse and mince. 1 tablespoon of this mass mix with 2 tablespoons of grated cranberries, add 5 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons beet juice and garlic juice, stir and pour 2 glasses of vodka. It is recommended to infuse this mixture for two weeks in a dark place and shake it occasionally. You should take 1 tablespoon of this infusion 2-3 times a day before meals for at least a month.

4. Another original recipe. You need pour 2 teaspoons of dried herbs of centaury with 250 ml of boiling water and infuse under cover for 5 minutes. Then, you should add milled propolis on the tip of a knife and mix. After cooling, strain and add 1 teaspoon of white clay, and stir again. Drink 250 ml 3 times a day 1 hour before meals in small sips. The course is 5 days. Repeat after year.
