In order to be always healthy, vigorous and in good physical shape, all these elements must be in balance. Therefore, astrologers advise to choose foods in accordance with the sign of the zodiac and his element. They believe that with the help of a product necessary for the metabolism, you can balance the normal functioning of all organs and body systems. Perhaps it happens at the level of auto-suggestion, but many people using this method for losing weight, find a diet effective.

So, let’s consider such a system closer.

Fire signs – Aries, Leo and Sagittarius. These people need vitamin E, which helps blood cells to absorb additional oxygen, prevents the increase of pressure. This will help to control emotions, to strengthen the nervous system, and adjust system of digestion. Menu of the fire signs must include the following products: sprouted wheat, sunflower seeds, salmon, peanut butter, parsley, zucchini, asparagus, carrots, broccoli, avocados, spinach and turkey meat. The food should contain a lot of protein, but do not mix proteins with carbohydrates. Thus, a separate nutrition will be suitable for such people. Water signs – Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces. The ration for the people of this element should consist of light, natural foods high in potassium. This is necessary in order to rid the body from excess water and reduce possible allergic reaction. It is recommended to use the following products: strawberries, asparagus, cantaloupe, bananas, almonds, potatoes, sesame, sunflower seeds, tuna fish.
