3-hour dietFor this diet you will not have to count calories or torture yourself by hunger strikes. 3-hour diet requires eating every 3 hours, but in small portions. It promotes digestion, accelerates metabolism, relieves you from heaviness in the stomach and hunger. The diet is designed for 28 days and will help to get rid of 1 kg per week.

The main feature – it leads to increased fat burning. There are 3 basic rules of this diet: first meal should be in an hour after you wake up; each subsequent meals should be in 3 hours; the last meal in 3 hours before bedtime.
