First of all, we recall that this vegetable removes toxins and excess water; it cleanses the organism and helps to get rid of a few extra kilos. Moreover, Jerusalem artichoke improves metabolism and prevents the deposition of fats. The loss of appetite is another useful feature of the vegetable which should be surely mentioned. This is expressed in the fact that using sunchoke in its raw form, for example, in salads, you will not feel hungry for a long time; especially considering that it contains a lot of fiber.

In addition, you are allowed to eat meat, fish, kefir, cottage cheese, vegetables and fruits. So it is not strict and will be rather tolerable for the organism.

Breakfast: cottage cheese, berries or fruit, tea;
Snack: freshly squeezed juice;
Lunch: soup made of sunchoke, carrots, tomatoes and cabbage; boiled fish and a salad with vegetables (and, of course, with sunchoke);
Snack: any fruit;
Dinner: salad with sunchoke and boiled meat; kefir.
Foods that must be excluded: fatty cream, pastries, sweets, mayonnaise, fried potatoes.
Allowed foods: lean food with a little sugar and salt; olive oil or linseed oil – for salad dressings.
